What is your minimum order quantity?
Our standard minimum is 50 pallets for delivery. However, we work with customers of all sizes and can discuss options for smaller quantities or will-call pickup. Volume pricing tiers typically start at 200+ pallets.
How does the pallet exchange program work?
When we deliver your order, we can pick up your used pallets at the same time. You receive credit toward your order based on the condition and quantity of returned pallets. This reduces your net pallet cost and eliminates disposal concerns.
Can you deliver to multiple locations?
Yes. We routinely serve customers with multiple locations throughout Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Maryland. We can set up separate delivery schedules for each location or coordinate deliveries across your network.
What grades of pallets do you recommend for distribution?
For most distribution operations, Grade A used pallets offer the best value. They're clean, structurally sound, and cost 30-50% less than new. We can supply Grade B for internal use or new pallets for customer-facing applications.
Do you offer contract pricing?
