What's the minimum order for custom pallets?
We have no strict minimum, but custom manufacturing is most cost-effective for orders of 50 pallets or more. For smaller quantities, we may be able to modify standard pallets to meet your needs.
How long does custom manufacturing take?
Typical turnaround is 1-2 weeks from design approval to delivery for standard orders. Rush production is available for urgent needs. Complex designs or large quantities may require more time.
Can you match an existing pallet we have?
Absolutely. Send us a sample or detailed measurements and we'll replicate it. We can also improve on existing designs if you've identified issues with your current pallets.
Do you provide CAD drawings?
Yes. For custom designs, we provide detailed drawings showing all dimensions, materials, and specifications. These are yours to keep for reference and reordering.
