By accessing or using First State Pallet Co.' website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

First State Pallet Co. provides pallet sales, purchasing, repair, recycling, transportation, and custom manufacturing services. All services are subject to availability and these terms.

Orders and Payment

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Payment terms are net 30 for approved accounts
• Late payments may incur additional fees

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. First State Pallet Co. is not liable for delays due to circumstances beyond our control.

Product Quality

All pallets are sold according to their stated grade. Used pallets are sold as-is within their grade specifications. New pallets come with a quality guarantee.

Limitation of Liability

First State Pallet Co.' liability is limited to the purchase price of the products or services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
