ISPM-15 Certified Facility

Export-Ready Pallets

When shipping internationally, your wood packaging must meet ISPM-15 requirements. Our heat-treated pallets are certified compliant and ready for global commerce.

What is ISPM-15?

ISPM-15 (International Standards for Phytosanitary Measures No. 15) is an international standard that regulates wood packaging material used in international trade. It requires that wood packaging be treated to kill pests and prevent the spread of invasive species.

Heat Treatment Process

Our heat treatment process heats the wood to a core temperature of 56°C (132.8°F) for at least 30 minutes. This process is approved under ISPM-15 and effectively eliminates pests without using chemicals.

Certification & Marking

All our heat-treated pallets are stamped with the official ISPM-15 mark, which includes our facility number, country code, and treatment type (HT for heat treatment). This mark is required for customs clearance.
